Glen Murphy was born in West Ham, London, he boxed for the famous West Ham and Repton boxing clubs, then started his acting career at the Half Moon theatre in 1980. It was 2 years of more London Theatre,before he got his break on film with Blake Edwards' Victor/Victoria. Glen is a karate black belt and still trains in the kyokushinkai style martial art today, His father Terence was the first ever sportsman on ITV in 1955.
